I have received two arrangements from this flower shop and have been extremely disappointed both times. I have person experience with floral arrangements so I know what flowers cost etc. The most recent arrangement I received had ONE stem of actual flower and rest greenery. Mia Sophia did NOT provide a product of what I know the sender spent! Not good business conduct. I STRONGLY advise against using them because you will NOT get your money's worth!
I have never had such a wonderful experience with any delivery experience. I would not hesitate to order again from them.
I ordered some flowers for a memorial service through the online process. There were several options and I picked a nice colorful display. The next day, the florist called me with questions on the venue. Since I did not know the area, she took the initiative to track down the answer to the question. She also stated some of the flowers in the picture were not available, or a different color and said she would exchange if it was alright with me. She also said that she would rearrange the basket to better fit the set up. When my friend set me a picture of the arrangement, it was beautiful.
