Unfortunately, when asked to appraise some antique jewelry, a lovely, hand-painted antique piece was broken instead. There was no personal apology or explanation from John Patrick, although he was on the premises and knew about the problem. Furthermore, the owner and PAST patron of Patrick's wrote a letter of complaint to which no response was given. She will go to another jeweler for repairs, appraisal, and purchase in the future.
