Has to be the worst damn McDonald's in the state. Never get your order correct, wait is terrible, rude people at the window.
I put it down as a one off - no big deal. I decided to give them another shot. Pretty much the exact same thing. Hands down, worst McDonald's I've ever been to. AVOID this one.
Staying in Francisville, decided to grab a quick meal around 9pm. Drive through made me wait about 7 minutes before acknowledging my presence. I had to pull into the parking lot to wait for my order. Which isn't a big deal, as it usually means you get nice fresh fries etc. Boy, was I wrong. I'm pretty sure that everything in my order was prepared about 1/2 hr or so before I showed up. Everything was cold and stale. Maybe I got leftovers from the night before?
Really friendly employees! Super busy location. Restroom needed a little attention, but overall... Pretty good for a McDonald's that is one of only 2 or 3 options in that area.
Service is very bad. They can never get your order right. Needs new management! Better training and a good cleaning!
As busy as the place was, all the employees were cheerful, engaged, and the process very organized.
