We checked in late in the night, and when we got there it has been amazing. The whole place is wonderful, the rooms are huge and clean, and the woman the other reviewer Robert said was "obviously put out" had been adorable with us. It's probably the only plantation where you can actually have breakfast in an authentic '800 dinner room with all the other guests. The woman woke us in the morning, brought us coffee in the room and then served us the breakfast in the '800 room. The tour is really nice, you can see the whole house. Who complains about the 8" tv, come on, you guys judge a plantation for the tv?
This place has lots of potential and looks like at one time was nice. It was dirty, grass uncut, pool was green and looked as if snakes and such were living in it. No lock on the door to secure your things when you left, tv did not work. Needs lots of work would not recommend staying here

Best B&B that we have ever been to!! We went here for our honeymoon and have been revisiting often!! This place has the best plantation style breakfast ever and the grounds are fascinating!! The staff is super nice and we always feel very cared for everytime we visit!!
