My co workers and I just left there. I suggest you do not go there. They have bed bugs and will lie and say they've never got a report about it. The manager I don't know his name, but he gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. This place is horrible and shouldn't be in business. Never will I ever go there again. Please read the reviews people.
I suggest not staying here. We had to request a new room because there was black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling! The rooms were not clean, and someone's used towel was still hanging on the back of the door.
Worst hotel, no trash can in room, light in bathroom did not work reported it twice, dry plaster all over everything stairs filthy walk way filthy
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! The manager Katie is very unprofessional as is her staff. The rooms are disgusting and have bedbugs. They just simply do not care....they are in no way affiliated with the restaurant The Francis.
First non-smoking room wasn't. They are remodeling so not all rooms are open.
